Day 1 Arrival In Srinagar

Your Kashmir holiday Tour package will begin with your arrival at Srinagar International airport, where ou will be met by our representative. He will assist and transfer you to the hotel/deluxe houseboat. In the afternoon you take a shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens. While riding the Shikara’s there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. The Dal is famous not only for its beauty, but for its vibrancy, because it sustains within its periphery, a life that is unique anywhere in the world. The houseboat and Shikara communities have lived for centuries on the Dal, and so complete is their infrastructure on the lake, that they seldom have to step on land! Doctors, tailors, and bakers - you'll see them all in tiny wooden shops on the lake, overnight at Deluxe Houseboat.

Day 2 Srinagar - Pahalgam (97 kms. / 3-4 hrs)

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from Deluxe Houseboat. We will begin our trip towards Pahalgam (the valley of Shepherds), and drive on the National Highway NH-1A and NH-501. This road connects the Valley to the rest of the country. On the way visit Saffron fields of Pampore (where world’s best saffron grows) , Apple orchards (Apple Valley) in Bijbhehara ( Bijbhehara is known as Chinar town of Kashmir), Awantipura ruins and Mattan temple, Finally reach Pahalgam, one of the beautiful and fascinating ideal resorts all the year round. It is the base for several treks in the region. Situated at the confluence of the Lidder River & Sheshnag Lake and set amidst fir and pine covered mountains, one can have a real feelings of Paradise. You can trek or hire ponies to the meadow at Baisaran (5 km) you can also hire local car and visit Aru , Chandanwari and Betab Valley. Overnight at Hotel

Day 3 Pahalgam - Gulmarg (152 kms. / 4-5 hrs)

After a delectable breakfast, check-out from the hotel and Drive To Gulmarg & Check in Hotel. After Refresh, you can take a walk or hire ponies (Direct Payment) and visit the Famous Golf Course , St Marry Church and Rani Temple. Enjoy the Gondola (Cable car) ride which is highest in Asia. It has 2 phases. The first stage transfers from the Gulmarg resort at 2,600 m (8,530 ft) to Kongdoori Station in the bowl-shaped Kongdori valley. The second stage of the rope way, which has 36 cabins and 18 towers, takes skiers to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft) on Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of nearby Afarwat Peak (4,200 m(13,780 ft)). Dinner & Overnight Stay at Hotel.

Day 4 Gulmarg – Srinagar Local Sightseeing  (51.8 kms. / 1:45 mints)

After a wholesome breakfast, Check out The Hotel, Drive towards Srinagar (One and a half hour). After check in and refresh, go for Local Sightseeing of famous Mughal Gardens With terraced lawns, cascading fountains, paint-box-bright flowerbeds with the panorama of the Dal in front of them - the three Mughal Gardens of Chesmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar are the Mughal Emperors' concept of paradise and are today very popular places for picnics and excursions.  In the Afternoon visit Jamia Masjid, Hazratbal Shrine and Shankaracharya Temple. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5 Srinagar – Sonamarg - Srinagar (87 kms. / 2 hrs)

Following a healthy breakfast at the hotel, head out and drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg via NH-1D, at an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level, 87 km north-east of Srinagar. Sonamarg which means 'meadow of gold is a beautiful spot full of snow clad mountains, fast and flowing water and vast meadows. You can also track or hire ponies (Direct Payment) and visit Thajiwas Glacier which remains snow clad throughout the year. Return back to Srinagar and Overnight Stay at Hotel   

Day 6 Srinagar Departure
